I'm wondering if any of you are using external keyboards or other external input devices with your Android devices. Please share your experiences

I have a Nexus One, and a 'proper' controller for games would be cool.

Here's a couple of examples of what I'm talking about

If neither of those are supported then I guess I might have to root my phone and write a driver which maps it's buttons to their keyboard equivalents.

Experiences? Thoughts?
