I bought from united states nexus one I have read that I can upgrade software or radio rom .. but when i conneced to usb in my computer (windows7 OS) that on screen I have sentence : unrecognized usb device I dont have any drivers/software CD with phone How can i upgrade / from where (links) windwos drivers to connect together nexus and computer a propos I was try to download SDK tools r4 after install the dev program was trying to conect to android site but found some SSL problems .. I have no solution if somebody will have time to help I will be glad ! my skype nick is "nowak.michas" thanks ! edit: I have unlocked my n1 what now :D ? how can I upgrade software to coocked rom ? does enyone have link for tutorial ? " This is the original secure signed zip from HTC. It contains all of the images for the various partitions on the device, which can be flashed via fastboot. To flash, extract the command 'fastboot flash partition imagename'. For example, to flash the boot image, use 'fastboot flash boot boot.img' and to flash the system partition use 'fastboot flash system system.img'. I was download CyanogenMod v5.0 Beta 5 for Nexus One and what now ? please be so good to explain it to flash a custom rom you need a modified recovery, like this: http://android.modaco.com/content/google-n...recovery-image/ once you have that, copy your rom of choice to the root of your sdcard, enter recovery ( adb reboot recovery or turn off phone, hold vol down while turning it on). read the topic if a wipe is required or not and then flash the rom. done :D Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
