3 on 3G signal is almost non existant indoors - I am on the fringe of "3 network" coverage map. (HTC Touch 3g - Stock Radio).
T-Mobile signal on 2G is excellent - and good on 3G (on my HTC Touch Dual)
I was previously with Orange (from day 1 !!!) and the signal indoors was/is terrible, that was why I switched over to TMobile about 5 yrs ago

If yours is / was originally an orange supplied handset there is a recent ( 4 feb) rom upgrade on HTC's site that may have a newer radio stack and help signal issues.
http://www.htc.com/u...x...2&dl_id=870
My Jade's are HTC unbranded so my rom potentially is a lot older as the last update was over 6 months ago - if you install please post radio versions etc?
thanks.

I had TomTom6 up and running with the satellite co-ordinates in full display BUT the signal bars never 'filled-up' yet the navigation is spot on!!!
As all these problems did not exsist on previous handsets, I foolishly decided to reflash the rom to the original 6.1 but somehow I still have a 'semi-working' WM6.5 with no RADIO (phone turned OFF permanently) with a LONG lag in response to commands which is making sync'ing impossible as the connection soon times out and NOT CONNECTED pops up in Active Sync (XP and W7) and in the process I have lost the Olinex(spelling ?) SPL and as such unable to reload HardSpl (because of that even loading rom images from SD is not possible - left it overnight and still shows LOADING...).
As soon as I manage to HardSpl the 3G again I'll try the new Orange rom - in the meantime I seem to have a semi-Bricked 3G

Thanks M.S... My 3g is an Orange branded set which I have managed to HardSpl and load WM6.5 on to but was having issues with BT pairing, it will DISCOVER 2 different Parrot car handsfree units, refuse to pair with one and require manual connects to the other and on a 3rd car will Discover the Becker unit but refuse to pair with it - (no similar problems with the Touch Dual, the VOX and other HTC units.)

- Luckily I have the Touch Dual to fall back on...

To clarify.... No problem accessing HTC download page - the problem presents itself after entering the serial number, choosing the rom type (one only in this case) and as soon as you choose any of the available d/load locations (5 in total) they all bomb out with not found error

Have you got the radio details of the orange rom released a few days ago then? Any update or just an orangey-fied version of the latest HTC one?
