I hope somebody can help me with this.

Under the Options menu I have enabled that the Omnia only wakes up when touching the unlock button (i.e. the upper right button). But actually it also wakes up when only slightly touching the W/L-Button, the camera key and the left phone key. Are there any registry tweaks or other tricks to make my Omnia Pro only waking up with the unlock key ???

Samsung Settings/ General Settings/ Button/ Wake up choose lock button only

That's exactly what I did. But as I explained above, it doesn't work. Also the other buttons (i.e. camera key, left phone key and W/L-key) will wake up my device. Is this not the case in your device ?

disable the windows lock & install S2U2.. much better response

I treid S2U2 some weeks ago, and it was quite troublesome. Does ist really rund stable on your device ?

And, by the way: how can I disable the windows lock, if I have S2U2 additionally installed ?

Disable Lock: Samsung Settings\Today & Light\ScreenLock\
=> Lock when Device weak up = OFF (Sorry, I have a German ROM and don't know the correct translation)

S2U2: Try an older one wich is not in BETA-Stadium... For me it works fine!
