Hi,

I'm trying to add programs to the Touchflo launcher, but only installed applications are visible in "All programs." I'd like to add a shortcut to an exe-file I copied to my storage, is that possible?

Yes its possible. You can do it with resco file explorer.
run resco file explorer and then find your exe file (hold it), and choose shortcut to start menu.
