How to get T9 Russian from a ROM?

My current T9 Russian isn't working very well with qwerty keyboard layout.
So I want to get another T9 config, including .dll files and registry keys....
How to get them out of a compressed .bin ROM?

Or there is anyway for me to type in Russian alphabet for Samsung I600?

I searched for many forums and also googled, but it seems that T9 is the only way.....
