Ahh! Wait, I have been an idiot!!

Its done from the PC, not from the phone?!

Now it all becomes clear! Will give it a go in a minute

The link you originally gave me for the procedure tells me to use the 3 pin procedure!

Noob instructions - for other users benefits.

1 - Download the image to your PC:

2 - Extract image somewhere you will know where to find it. The desktop for example.

3 - Download the update program to your PC:

4 - Extract image somewhere you will know where to find it. The desktop for example.

5 - Place the image from the first download (file ending in .tsw) into the "prg" folder that you will see in the second extracted folder.

6 - Move the prg folder to the storage card on your TG01.

7 - Run the "SD Card Uploader" (from the second download) on your PC

8 - Make sure the TG01 is connected via USB

9 - Click on "Run" in the "SD Card Uploader" program.

10 - Once process is finished, click download on the TG01

Try extracting the file directly from  your PC to storage card, it shoudl work

Mine is a fully working device.

I have flashed OS before, with no problems.

Yup, and the image file in that folder.
