Ok here it is .....

FLASH 10.1  WORKING


Heres how...

1). Download the .zip below, unzip it...

2). Reboot after install

3). Now go to your browser and turn "OFF" mobile browsing.

4). Enjoy.....

**Apparently this will ONLY work with 2.1 Eclaire + Sense**

BTW: this is just a repost of something i cam across on XDA Forums

I can confirm that iplayer dose Not work but most of the flash sites i have tried do work

EDIT: Although i did find the various flash sites a little slow, but im guessing that's why Froyo has **MASSIVE** speed boosts.

It really gets much more flash working  now but not all.
I can play some social games now but I can not use the flash based player  in some video sites.
Hope for official froyo  rom.

As far as my limited testing goes, it performs the same on froyo. Hopefully once it's out of beta it will be usable!

Its not working, I tried a site which worked with the market downloaded adobe flash player on the froyo desire build, running 2.2 the site worked flawlessly with flash, but didn't work at all with the 2.1 r3.1 build my guess is we are seeing the effects of flash lite, that comes with our desires.

When you search in google for 'version test for adobe flash player' and open it on your Desire you can see what version you are running.
Without flash 10.1 and with it installed it is both FL.10,1,123,391. So is there actually a difference if you install this?
Maybe you have to enable it somewhere?

A site that never worked before for me was pornhub not the mobile site the full site, but now it dose, and also flash game websites.


Did you make sure you turn't off mobile view in the browser settings?

Also make sure you reboot. I actually removed flash lite from adb so flash 10.1 is all I have. And sites that did not work before do now.

Don't maon it dose not work if your unable to get it to work its just your human error.

And obviously its not going to work like froyo as we don't even have full froyo yet just ports. Very good ports tho.

Remember froyo has jit dose 2.1? No.. lol.

I said it works I never said it works just like froyo, don't expect miracals.........

Guess the people who do have it working are the lucky ones, I tried following the instructions I mean there not exactly hard to follow a damn site easier than the r1 root method instructions I followed, I even went to porn hub and tried the links with flash lite and then flash 10.1 in this post and it didn't work for me although some of the links did with flash lite only, human error maybe a possibility that I can't answer because I cant see what I am doing wrong, and I never expected if it did work for me to work under 2.1 the same as 2.2, I just expected since its the same flash 10.1 which is in the market on 2.2 you would think it would actually load the flash content and play it, but  less optimized. either way as long as your happy then i am happy.

what exactly have you deleted? there are FlashPlayer.apk and FlashLitePlugin.apk in system/app and libflashlite.so in system/lib... I'm messing with it for about 2 hrs now but I can't get it to work

How many spelling, grammar and typing mistakes can a guy make in one post?  I'm especially impressed with:

Properly has more to do with the fact I never finished school, and wrote the post on my desire. But thanks for noticing.

Next time I see you make a mistake ill be sure to pull you up on it. But I'm guessing you way to perfect for that...................................

Making spelling mistakes is one thing, not using 'your' and 'you're' correctly is inexcusable. Most people hate it when other people on forums correct their grammar, but why should the English language be butchered on a place like a forum where there are more than 160 characters available? I'm not trying to start a flame war, just giving my 2 pence.

All i deleted was the FlashLitePlugin.apk from recovery mode (Old methord r4) using adb. Hope that helps.
