No sms and no call even though i have signal (sometimes)

Hello everybody,

yesterday I flashed the modaco r.31 from defrost 0.7 and from that moment on I can't recieve any calls or sms in both ways .

With defrost it was all working. I tried to flash the stock Rom again but that didn't help eighter. The Rom itself works great but without the ability to make and recieve calls it is kinda wothless.

Sometimes I have Signal but that doesn't change anything in functionality.

So please please help me on this.

Right now I am using stock Rom:

firmwareversion : 2.1-update1

Baseband-Version

32.36.00.28U_4.06.00.02_2

Softwarenumber:

1.21.505.2

I am located in Germany and my provider is called eplus

If you need more information on this please ask, this is as you can see, my first post and I am not quite sure what is needed to solve the problem.
