Hi
I am on MCR 3.1 with a2sd+

I read about so many people talking nice about Launcher Pro, so I wanted to check it out, and in another thread
I also read about a MOD at XDA with another /system/framework/com.htc.resources.apk and /system/app/Rosie.apk

Before the last change, I could doubleclick home, and  got a menu to select between Sense Launcher and Launcher Pro,
after change doubleclicking first launched an exchange sync application; which I have no use for, I use a normal
IMAP unix mailserver and gmail for my mail.

I tried reinstalling the original  /system/framework/com.htc.resources.apk and  /system/app/Rosie.apk; but I cannot find a
way to start the sense launcher, I even tried uninstalling Launcher Pro; but then I had no Launcher at all, and rebooting,
just hung at the white screen with the HTC logo, so I reinstalled Launcher Pro from recovery mode.

Anybody know how I can get my sense launcher back without needing to reinstall the whole r3.1 rom?

(so I do not need to redo all my settings etc.)

Thanks Per

Did you tried to clear Launcher Pro's defaults? And can you please link me to the MOD on XDA? Can't find it.

There is an app named "home switcher" by "ymst". I used it to test launcherPro. It can set your default launcher.
I am sure this can also be done without an app but I do not know which settings to change / to clear.

Thank you everyone for everything you do for others.

Tried installing "home switcher" it can only see "Launcher Pro"

Anybody knows the apk name for the sense launcher?

You can safely flash your ROM over the existing (same) one, you'll not lose your settings.
However, cleaning the LauncherPro defaults from the "Applications"->"Manage" applet should solve.

That option is grayed out with the message, that nothing is set, so I guess I just need to reflash
when I get home.
