Hi All,

I have recently rooted my unbranded desire and installed MCR r3.1 and it is AMAZING!!!!

The only 'minor' issue I have is the keyboard. On my Hero I had this keyboard with the smilies & voice-to-text in the bottom left (cant remember which 2.1 rom it was):
 HTC_IME_pic.png   85.65K   28 downloads

I really liked having this keyboard. Can someone pls help with these 2 queries:

1) How can I get it on r3.1?
2) If so, does the voice-to-text work? (I had it working on my Hero, but cant remember which rom)

I had a search on the forum and couldn't find what I wanted. Any help would be much appreciated.

EDIT: Sorry ppl, I just found the keyboard and how to install it. All working fine now!

It's an online "kitchen" to build custom Skinned keyboard (based on HTC IME MOD it seem :-) ).

I did use the keyboards from here http://forum.xda-dev...ad.php?t=624416

I just installed the hi-res .apk using Apps Installer. I didn't install the clicker as I'm using Sense. Then from a text input box, a long press allowed me to select the HTC_IME mod. The only 'problem' was that I lost my custom dictionary (though it still exists with the 'touch input' keyboard).
