Guest JadeMonkee
Hi there, Since upgrading to 2.1 (originally the Chungwa release, now MCR r5), I've not been able to access the manage applications menu. Every time I open it, I get a FC. Frustrating, as I keep getting errors in my Google Calendar, and I want to clear the cache to try and force it to sync properly. Does anyone else have this error? Does anyone know a solution? I did a full wipe before upgrading, and the last time I got the missing calendar problem, to solve it I had to do another full wipe, so the phone is as fresh as it can be. Thank y'all for your help. Guest alti4
Install "Quick System Info" from the Market, from the second tab in this app you can access the same settings as in "Manage Applications". I used this several times when I had FC's there. Btw, it's a known problem in many ROM's. Edited July 16, 2010 by alti4

Guest TheMrMay
I have something similar; every time I open Accounts & Sync, I get an FC. What causes these random FCs then?

What causes these random FCs then? you're getting it because you've choose not to install peep or flickr with the rom. bake yourself a rom with those two apps included and flash it. Ah thank you. Okay, so I've tried it, and it hasn't worked. I didn't wipe my phone, too much of a hassle.... maybe that's my best option now.
