PC lose connection to LG Modem?

Hi!

If i startup my phone with USB-connection, LG Modem will appears.
But after 15 - 20 seconds it will disappear automatically.
Uninstall - Reboot - Install - Reboot - New try = nothing.

Whats up?..
Can u help me?
