How do i remove

First of all i would like to say hello to this forum as its my first post. :D

I have now had this phone for a week now and can say that i have enjoyed the experience, as it the first i had with Android.

Now for my question, i left my phone in the living room while i went to the shops with the misses yesterday (being hurried up). When i came back i found that the kids had been playing around with it. (not a bad thing but) One of them had put a couple of widgets etc radio and couple of others on the home page. I dont want them there as i like a uncluttered look. How do i get rid of these from the home page?

Hold your finger on the widget and move it at the bottom-center of the screen.(You have to see a trash icon) :D

Hi,

I have got similar problem. I downloaded an application, which was put on the home screen. I didnt want it there so I uninstalled it from the list of apps but the icon still stayed on the home screen and I dont know how to remove it. Could you please help me?
