Do you think Froyo uses both CPU cores of Tegra 2?

According to androidcentral review of Viewsonic Gtablet, Froyo uses only one of the 2 CPU cores of Tegra 2. Do you think it is true? It could be a substantial prformance increase option with future Android updates.

Curiously, I'm getting about 100 more than they are in quadrant standard on the Vega (2070, to be precise).
