1 fake new massage?! (solved)

hi guys!!
i my phone show me that i have a new massage but i dont!!!

what should i do?!
may be you think its not a big problem but its because my phone vibrate every 5 mins(i mean it remind me that i have a new massage)
and i just cant live with that if you dont help me within 24 hours im dead *_*

and just to mention it i disabled notifications for massages but it didnt work at all

i did hard reset for at least 13 times this week(i was testing some stuffs)so i realise its just equal to my death like the first way
