If you go to menu>settings>accounts & sync the options you seek are in here. If you untick "auto-sync" this will only sync gmail/calendar/contacts when you ask it to. The other way would be click on you google accounts and untick gmail. This way your calendar/contacts would still auto sync but emails would only sync when you choose refresh in the gmail app. Hope this helps. :D Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
