Hi,

I've tried a few of the Froyo ROMS and they all seem to have the same problem on my SF.

Quite often when I plug in the USB cable from my PC I get no notification at all, nothing, although it starts to charge OK.

I've searched the forum and found a few other people have this issue, but no real cures for it. All works fine on 2.1 BTW, so not cable/PC etc.

Anybody got a fix for this, please? It's driving me nuts!

Cheers...

I have no idea what you mean? You don't even get the ticker text at the top and then you pulldown to select mass storage?

Nope, no response at all. It's as if the phone is not recognising that a USB cable has been plugged in, although it does start charging in USB mode.

got to be honest, I've yet to HAVE to use adb.

TPT image replaces fastboot

and I can create a recovery zip for any on-the-fly modifications

ADB is installed, I just dont need it yet
