Am still running 2.1 with r4. What is the latest and best firmware to update to? Sorry I don't know much about these as I haven't been following with this forum for quite some time, so someone please kindly let me know.

It's really personal preference. Japanese Jellyfish seems most popular according to the poll: http://android.modac...-are-you-using/

I use Seb's 2.2 as I think it is the closest to stock as possible

But as said it really comes down to personal choice!
