Folks

I'm a flash maniac! There, I've said it.

Not so relevant to the Vega (yet) but has anyone found a reliable way of backing up and restoring between flashes? I use Titanium but found that it causes issues when moving between ROMs as it's not granular enough to let me choose which system stuff to restore. It's basically, apps or apps + system or system.

As an example, I've just moved my Desire from AuraxT Sense to Leedroid. Did a Titanium restore afterwards and now the gapps framework is FCing all over the place. So wiped, and now it's lovely and fast and stable. I can restore just the apps but then I've got to go through all the system stuff manually, yeuch.

Any tips?

Cheers all.

PS. For Vega flash puppies, the built in backup tool does a grand job - at least until true custom ROMs appear.

I just use CWM nandroid restore but have to reflash the .zip file and push the flashed files over everytime i reinstall 1.08 and r6, it's an effort but it works everytime
