They've KILLED her!

I miss her voice  

She wasn't responding to 'Create a contact', and I just got the unrecognized command tone.

Rang 435, and they said go through all the speech recognition with her again.

So I did, and she still wouldn't accept 'Create a contact' as an option - nor was it listed under 'What are my options?'

Anyone else had similar or the same problems? They made out it was unheard of at Orange  

But they've turned her off for now, and will put her back on tomorrow, hopefully 'resolving' the issue.
