I have a htc hero which keeps rebooting on the boot menu says clear storage cant do anything just keeps rebooting to that continuous,  i would appreciate some help on this matter and a solution.

Got the same problem on my year and a half sprint cdma hero.  Worked fine until now, was installing an app and the battery went dead.  Now I think the phone may be toast...  

Hard resets do nothing, choosing to clearstorage gets a few dots than the screen goes blank and then back to clear storage screen.
