several times i've used my mobii tegra(different brand, same tablet) for nothing more than it's powered usb port.

my laptop sometimes runs a little hot, so i have a laptop stand with built-in usb powered fan to keep it cool.
but sometimes i also need my 3 usb ports all at the same time(moving data between 3 usb drives)
at times like that i grab my tablet, and plug the fan in to it's usb port to keep my laptop cool.
i bet the iPad can't keep your laptop cool!

aside from that, it's also a nice portable charger for my phone, mp3 player, or e-book reader while i'm at the internet café where i volunteer.

best thing is, it holds more charges than most emergency batteries.
