by the way to use apps2sd facility use recovery option to partion your card

Important Note Back Up SD Card Before Partitioning Your Card

1. Boot into recovery
2.go to the advanced option
3.partition SD Card
4.512mb recommended EXT size
5. 0M Swap
6. Wait and then reboot
