Guest sibbor Posted March 21, 2011 Report Share Posted March 21, 2011 (edited) With my 2X the in-call sound is pretty bad. I feel that my old HTC Hero had/got much better call quality overall. The sound is wierd... kinda tinny. Don't know if it affects both 2G and or 3G connection. Haven't tried any VOIP either. Should I hope we can solve this by software? Otherwise I'll need to return it asap so they treat my device as DOA. It's a shockingly large improvement. Really bad that LG sells the phone with that software because mine was almost unusable in crowds because you had no idea what the other person was saying. Will be keen to jump to newer basebands now if they become available since it's proven it does make a huge difference. At least it's not a reason to NOT buy this phone anymore since it's easily fixable thanks to Paul now :-) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
