Honeycomb delays source. Can they legally?

@PaulOBrien theyre big enough an have decent enough reason. HC isnt subpar cause of the early release. Maybe a phone/tab os merger in the works? and/or maybe, just maybe, exerting their influence in favor of the customer/ open source community. Mind you, this whole mobile community fixes alot of these garbage stock releases.

In a way, google should be very thankful for the community support. no doubt the communities have helped immensely in customers android experiance. Google sbould reciprocate and get a little more involved with us.
