Fancy a different Font?

Or just download Font Changer from the Market to install any .ttf font

Or typefresh, which gives you the option to change any font on the device individually, not only the default one. One thing that's missing though is the setting for "intensity" (or dpi), so a combination of these two is the way to go for full customization of your fonts.

edit: And if you happen to find a nice .otf font which just isn't available as ttf, see here how to convert. Tested with success.

Thanks for this! I tried out the zip and the font reminded me of the Palm Web OS look, so I went hunting and found the actual Web OS Prelude (also known as Coconut) fonts which someone had kindly uploaded to:

http://www.megaupload.com/?d=BRNN8E4M

They can be installed using the Font Changer application. Unzip the fonts to the font changer directory on the sdcard.

I chose the Coconut Medium font from the four choices.

Meh, Stuck Helvetica on, a crisp small font, doesn't break a lot of the UI things that don't bound around font size, and is just nicer to read.

Just to warn you to be careful when choosing a font. I have used the font pack from LanceH's first post and it messes up the calculator so the only symbols you see are the + and =.

Shame as I really like that font.
