My friend just got it over OTA - not very often that he beats me! 2.3.4 arrived on my phone this weekend. Since then it's been crashing every day. I'm not impressed, doubly not impressed by the fact the Google have the same Apple "we know best" mentality so you can't decline upgrades sanely nor go back a release. [updated 11/05]: Turns out that K9 mail set to regularly poll for email is causing 2.3.4 to crash. Turning the polling off makes the phone happy again.
