I'm an iPhone convert, tired of their bs, so ordered the galaxy S2, should be with me tomorrow.

My question is, is there anyway to install the stock android 2.3 gingerbread instead of the touchwiz 4.0? Has anyone does this?

Cause I've heard the stock os is much better than the clutter what samsung attaches to the SSG2 with touchwiz which potentially Could slow it down.

You can install a replacement Launcher like "Launcher Pro", which replaces the home screen functionality of TouchWiz for something more like stock.

You won't have any problems with this phone being slow.
