Random reboots (sd card disconnected on reboot)

Hello,

I already asked this question in the fr 17 prebake topic but there were no replies :P

but I seem to have a problem.

My phone randomly reboots and disconnects the external SD card

did a full wipe and reinstalled but the problem persists.

tried the SD card in 3 other phones and there seems to be nothing wrong with it.

if I remount the SD card manually (removing cover) it works for an hour then disconnects again also it actually worked the whole night while I was asleep, so when I don't use it it works.

but I was making a couple of phone calls earlier and the phone rebooted during a phone call.

I'm on FR17 prebake, 405 baseband, r14 kernel

Idea's?

your phone might be knackared. though mine randomly formatted the external SD card yesterday and i was less than amused.

when formatting the sd card make sure its FAT32 and i'd recommend using 32KB sector sizes (or whatever its called) as this seems to be the android default.

I just reformatted the SD card :rolleyes: it hurts less than when it's happening randomly i guess :P
