Hi Guys:)

I am about to purchase a Samsung Galaxy S II and I am thinking about selling my old phone, Desire obviously heh.
But I want to bring my 32 gb SD Card with me over to my new phone. I am going to factory data reset ofc. but if I create an ext3 1 gb partition on the standard 4 gb card will the phone accept this as A2SD+ storage without corrupting the phone? If I just take it out and stick the stock SD card in I presume everything will go haywire.
Can´t really sell it if I corrupt it by switching SD cards.
But seen as there are no apps at the point and it just needs to work going forward I presume it should.
Can this be done? I thought I might as well ask if some of you have been in this situation before.

Kind Regards

You need to do a factory reset otherwise it'll be looking for apps no longer there. Other option is to do a nandroid, swap cards and restore the nandroid and it should work. If you're selling it, though, you should reset it back to 100% stock
