Hi all, i'm trying to edit Settings.apk to get power widget with transparent background..
Image of background is/res/drawable-hdpi-v4/appwidget_bg.9.png
I've opened it with gimp and set alpha level to get transparency, then I've opened appwidget_bg.9.png with draw9patch whitout result..
Someone know how to use it?
The result is this first and after applying patch is the same :/
I've tried a lot with different settings into draw9patch

You have to add black pixel bar on the edge of your picture to use it, check the android developer documentation in order to do so.
If you want good customizable power widget, have a look at Widgetsoid :P
