I never use voice dial, but I often switch input language when I type. Much appreciated! You can switch between your active languages by holding the space-bar and dragging left or right. I am not sure this is possible, but a good alternative is: If you select "Settings->Language and Keyboard->Samsung Keypad->Input languages" you can add which languages you like. When you compose text or email you will then see the language on the space bar. Pressing and holding space and moving to left or right will change the language. I'm migrating from an iPhone 3GS so I'm keen to keep that layout.
