It's the very best phone for the price, I haven't overclocked it or anything yet, but if you do the ROM upgrade you seem to lose a lot of stuff.(not too sure what though)
The only thing I have done is add the music app from gingerbread or is it the honeycomb) and the stormy live wallpaper.
I'm going to buy another for my daughter, since she's trashed the SF.
All I need to do is find a fast cheap 32Gb SD card to replace my current 16GB.
Don't buy this phone if you want really good video recording quality, doesn't seem to do fast movement(even waving looks blurred)
The video quality is good when taken outside, it must be just the lighting
The real reason why I brought my SF was because I needed a new phone & I was a bit short on cash at the time (I originally wanted to buy a HTC Wildfire glad I didn't in the end). Over the last couple of months I've looking at phones between £150-£200 price range ie the HTC Wildfire S, Samsung Galaxy Ace & when I looked up the specs I found out they were more or less the same as what I already own. With the Huawei U8800 it seems that its a great phone to upgrade to even though its not a well known brand!!
