Guest Dario93 Posted June 13, 2011 Report Share Posted June 13, 2011 Hi everyone! ;) Since Me,f1rst,thepasto,gnufabio,Harness and other devs are working on porting Metal's 2.3.3 latest leak but our work isn't available yet,because of some troubles with boot, I decided to release this new ROM,that combines Metal's leak and CyanogenMod 7.1 :P Let's see its main features: -CyanogenMod 7.1 latest build -Browser,GBooks,Widgets,Calculator,Calendar,DLNA,nemoPlayer and other system apps from Liquid Metal 2.3.3 -Acer Breeze UI (New restyled launcher + Notifications) from 2.3.3 Leak---> SUPER-FAST!! -New "Home Decor" app -Custom Liquid Settings with LED+Softkeys light control -All sensors working -Metal's 2.3 ringtones -Gingerounay Bootanimation Some observations on first boot: -Breeze Launcher will have some corrupted widgets at first start. Just delete them and choose your favorite to add :D -There's no full Acer UI experience,because I didn't edit frameworks,and I won't,since GingerMetal will come very soon :D -Remember this is a CyanogenMod based ROM so it could have problems or bugs,even if I didn't noticed them -The ROM can be unstable in certain situations because of non-full integration of Metal's apps with CM7's frameworks -In the future I'll add other Metal's apps to this ROM,until GingerMetal isn't released :D Will add screenshots and download links later,I'm still in testing-phase! :D Test build download : http://www.multiupload.com/DK2WP2WMLN See you soon, Dario Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Actually with Metal camera,camcorder won't work at all :S So,there's a choice for you: Use cm7 stock camera with low fps camcorder Or Use metal's camera,with non working camcorder.
