vega rom install?

Hi im new to the site and forums in general and im not a computer geek at all, so i need really easy instructions on how to do things.

i have the advent vega and need to put the rom on it, after doing some research i found the advent vega . net site and it clearly shows you how to do it.

so ive paid my 9.99 and downloaded the rom, followed the instructions and eventually updated the drivers, it now shows as an android phone and with the android composite adb interface showing.

the vega is in debugging mode and i have tried it with usb mass storage on and usb mass storage off, it is running version v1.10 as needed by the vega .net site.

i have placed the files on the c drive and according to vega .net with my vega connected i should simply click on the install windows bat file and it will start to install?

it brings up the black box then asks me to ensure debugging is enabled - which it is

it then states daemon not running. starting it now on port 5037 it then states underneath daemon started sucessfully, then under that states

daemon still not running error, cannot connect to daemon? it then just repeats.

as i am only following the instructions given i am stuck ive also typed in c:advent>install-windows.bat and thats exactly the same.

i have tried a few times to ensure the drivers are installed on the beginning bit but windows tells me they are and as its displaying the android i presume its right, just need to get past the next bit. HELP!!!!!!
