I was fed up with motorola not updating my uk xoom to 3.1, so I flashed the US ROM so I could receive the 3.1 update. So I made a howto guide on my blog:

EDIT: Honeycomb 3.2 is now out! So once you have flashed the US ROM you will receive it.
