(Q) Puzzle Lockscreen, Lockscreen

Hello. I found this lockscreen, it is for Android. So I want to ask, if it is possible to make similar one for Wm, for our Omnias. We have the Ginger Lock 2.3 and Honeylock 3.0, they have sdks from Andriod, so I mean it can be done.

If it can be done, I have other question. Here is an other lock from Andriod, but it is less dificult, so I think the "lockscreen makers" can make it.
