XSE is salescode for indonesia right? is the keyboard layout for that QWERTY?

yes exactly right .. for his english qwerty keyboard is a $ symbol
This version is actually a combination of official XEEJC2 for multi csc and data adopted from INUJE2 for the asian version.
I changed into XSE because it fits my area with an automatic list of operators available ..
if you want your area ... you can also change the sales code itself with HEX EDITOR program.
  Type ASCII code strings and looking XSE substitute with your area code
