I haven't tried this patch yet but I hope it corrects showing rtl text correctly in MIUI. It's been already fixed as I've read in MIUI forum but I could do it with Tripnmiui 1.2.4 ( It worked with 1.5.2 but had a lot of FCs). Going to try to see whether this one works.
