Open SD card in partition tool. Remove all partions and create an new FAT partition.
(Backup current FAT partition on SD card first, all information will be wiped.)
Or remove ext2/ext4 partition and resize the current FAT partition to maximum.
(Backup current FAT partition on SD card first, in case of errors all information will/can be wiped.)

For instance, http://www.partition...om/personal.htm
You could also try to search the forums. In almost all the tuts for installing to My Storage you will find suggestions.
