Mentalwarp Games are hopping mad about the up and coming release of their first title available on Android - Bloody Bunnies. Downloadable from 1st September (I will update with link when available)

Think Rayman / Mario / death to all bunnies. It is a OM game (online multiplayer) with avenues to make gameplay 'bloody' or cute'. The game boasts amazing 3D environments and 4 beautifully detailed maps, 3 game modes and a simple UI.

Here is a link for you all to a demo playable online.

I can see this being a big release this year...

There is no PR to contact for a pre-release either. Just a small Belguim based team.

Well, we don't have a PR committed 24/7, let us please have some rest on week-ends or days-off like August 15th... be sure the collective-at-mentalwarp.com you used is going somewhere anyway ;-)

We're fixing last little bugs, you'll be aware when we'll have a pre-release version for you to test, something like at the end of this week.

I'll keep you up to date.

..Just a small Belguim based team.

Often it's the small teams that make the best games. Look at Mojang & Minecraft, for example.

Bloody Bunnies looks fantastic. I cannot wait to play it. (Update: playing the demo on the website now!)

Just one question.. will it be ad-supported on Android or available as a paid app? I prefer to pay for games if it removes ads and supports the developers!

Glad to hear that ! laugh.gif

On both Android and iOS, the game will be ad-supported upon release with limited options. However you'll be able to update to the full no-ad version via a very small in-app purchase or for free via Tap-joy (by installing an other app).

If you want to support us right now, you can just talk about the game anywhere you can, make some noise about it, doing likes and shares on our facebook pages (www.facebook.com/bloody.bunnies.game), etc

That will help us a great deal smile.gif

Cheers,

Arnaud.

Fantastic. I've noticed a few games doing this (falling fred, for example) and I think it's the best way. Easier for developers as they don't have to maintain two apps on the market.

Right on ! It has the other advantage of not crowding the online stores as they are way too crowded and messy already.

Great ! That's the spirit ! thx wink.gif

Two weeks sharp before iOS and Android release right now, the countdown is up and running !
