Hey, so I just bought the MT liquid, and used this program to update it to 2.3, this auto did it for me, assuming it flashed it. how do i use acer download tools/ portion my sd card, as i can not install apps, as they're all going to phone memory, after like 2 apps memory used.

You don't use ADT to partition the SD card. You can follow this guide to partition (Note that if you are running a stock 2.3 you won't be able to partition the SD card as you need r00t permissions)
