I mean cant get into recovery after flashed the GBready xrecovery. Even install through flashtool dont works.
Reflash everything and start all over again...

if you would have read and done exactly what I said, you would know that installing through integrated recovery from trip or flashtool normaly doesn't work. Flashtool can't mount system rw and recovery also not as i remember. solution: download flashable zip and extract it with rootexplorer and put them all by hand to their place with rwxr-xr-x permissions. Ok? then it is working.

1. download the xrecovery 03 gb ready to your sdcard(or pc and then copy/move to sdcard)
2. extract the whole zip with rootexplorer
3. copy all the files from the extracted zip to that place in system they have to be.
3.1 best way I think: copy the two files from subfolder bin from the extracted zip to the system folder
3.2 copy the two files from subfolder xbin also to system folder
3.3 move the four files to the system partition of your device
3.4 set for all for files the permissions rwxr-xr-x
3.5 move charger and chargemon to system/bin
3.6 move sh and xrecovery.tar to system/xbin
3.7reboot phone and spam back button at se logo and check if you can get into xrecovery 0.3 gb
3.8 if yes, then install doomkernel for xrec and all should be fine.

Happy powering device! (cpu clocks from 128Mhz to 1,2Ghz; voltage is standard se voltage, voltage can be setted down, means undervolting kernel with incredicontrol from market.)
