Guest plegdroid Posted August 27, 2011 Report Share Posted August 27, 2011 if it's the boot animation you want to change, move the file called boot animation zip from, system/ media/ boot animation, and put it someware safe on your sdcard and replace with the one you want to use, job done. Rahulj85 i think upgraded to gen2 and then down graded back to gen1 in the process had his splash screen changed, same problem as xiaoxin, they both have had there splash screens changed, would it be possible for you to create an update.zip (which they might have to apply on every rom they install) to changed splash screen back to the good old standard green android? i`m guessing though that the boot.img file would have to be modified for every rom aswell i`d give it ago if i knew how to but i`m a total noob on linux :lol: Edited August 29, 2011 by Racerboy Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
