Most questions have already been asked before and answered. Please use existing threads if you have a similar problem even if you do not think your problem is exactly the same. We appreciate that new members may not be familiar with the forum and search options and the huge number of threads may be confusing. We ask that all forum members are patient with new members and if they do ask a question that has been answered before, please do not reply with posts like "use the search!". Instead please flag the users post for moderators attention. Moderators cannot patrol the forum 24 hours a day so please be patient with us and allow time for reports to be dealt with.
