Partition.mbn problem

Hi i have been trying to install 2.2 on my currently runnin 2.1 ZTE V9.... and i tried so many ROMs but every ROM does not have the partition.mbn file when i locate the SW Directory..!!!

ROM so far i have tried
V9_GENERICV1.0.0B06-update_signed
V9_GENERICV1.0.0B03-update_signed
ZTE_Light_Upgrade_Tools_V1.1_cm7_20110815

Got the same error from all... Im currently running Windows 7 as my PC OS.. Does it reflect with the installation...??

If not how can i solve this problem...Need help on this guys...!!!!

your better off in the V9 forum....
