Archos 35 Home Connect now available to buy @ £119.99

The Archos 35 Home Connect is now available to buy from the Archos store, priced at £119.

The device, which is a peculiar hybrid of an Android phone, alarm clock radio and a portable speaker, features:

4 GB internal memory + SD slot to extend memory (up to 16 GB cards)

So it's an Android based web radio, with a 3.5" capacitive touchscreen, a battery in case you want to move it around the house, 'high definition speakers' and remote control via your Android Phone... oh and a front facing camera for video conferencing potential (but probably no video calling apps preinstalled?). No Android Market access (and no Google Video Talk either), but i'm pretty sure it'll be possible to hack that on!

I must confess the device is somewhat intriguing, but not something i'm gonna purchase at the price! £50, maybe... do you agree?
