Go to Tesco and buy unlocked Samsung E1150 for £12.50. 119+12.50 =131.50 it is very good price for 2 mobiles phones Use your OMC for wifi only and talk via Samsung. It's not a real resolution. The OMC is a SmartPHONE, people don't want to carry extra things with them even if the additional phone is only small. Instead of an app for a calculator i could carry a calculator, i could carry sticky notes instead of a reminder app. I can use public libraries for internet access i don't even need a Smartphone :D It's all about convenience. If so, then your argument is invalid as it being locked to Orange has nothing to do with the phones performance or features. If its the Orange ROM then try a custom ROM. Guest Posted November 1, 2011 Report Share Posted November 1, 2011 (edited) This is a very good device for the price.It looks great,has a 4.3inch screen,with a little overclocking and custom rom,I am one happy customer.With a little patince,unlock will come eventually.I owned the blade before OMC,and there is no doubt in my mind that OMC beats the blade in every aspect,apart from the amazing support the blade has. You can do this 2. There is flash - search 3. Majority of non dualcore phones can't do this. 4. Not true - it's just the partitions are laid out badly 5. Not true - it is very fast for me - what ROM are you using? 6. That's rubbish - I can get almost indefiinte when idling and this is the same for the majorit of users. 7. Wrong beacuse of above 8. Again same as above - why would you want to? 9. Yes this is an issue - however you can use an X-Sim until the three month period is up and then request Orange for unlock code. It would be better to report those that cause trouble,rather than having flaming and threads closed,which ultimately is a lose to the comunity because of an individual. However,I agree that this thread should be closed,the tittle is misleading,and the thread is of no use to anyone.
