Acer does really a good job (: looking forward to 2.3.7 and 4.x (:

I think we'd be very fortunate to get 4.x!

Anyway, if anyone has installed this have they noticed any difference in signal quality etc.?

I wonder what difference android 2.3.6 has over 2.3.5, anything?

I see the change to the radio firmware but surely there must be other fixes or updates?

Judging from this article it looks like just bug fixes and security updates: http://www.androidpolice.com/2011/09/24/google-nexus-one-2-3-6-ota-grk39f-rolling-out-now-here-is-how-to-update-from-2-3-4-grj22-manually/

You meant SD will be formatted no matter there exists extended partition or not?

no matter, just use a low classe & capacity SD for the flash

(mine has a Ext2 and works fine)

Can someone provide the .bin if possible please?

bin is inside the folder, but be carefull, there are 2 files, one is very small, and one is large (200mb more or less); install only the big one, i bricked my phone last time for distraction cause i flashed the small one :) fortunatly i have back my phone from acer in 1 week without paying anything ;)

quote! nice question :)

Not tested but I assume yes..

But use the ones into dmd_update because the ones on kernel tread are older and buggy about battery charge

I downloaded the official installer of 4.00.13 and thought I was downloading this, lol. I think I need more sleep or something. Been getting very mixed up lately! blink.gif

That's nice customer service from Acer. :)
